It may be possible to provide you with the information directly or alternatively, we can forward you on to the relevant source of information. There is also a wealth of physical activity information contained within this website.

Unfortunately, the Centre is unable to provide specific information to the general public. We have put together a Physical activity and YOU section to provide advice to people looking for information on physical activity and health. In addition, the BHF have a Heart Information Line which can be contacted on 08450 708070 about any aspect of heart health.

Although we have access to extensive information at the Centre and are happy to share this with you, we regret that we are unable to prescribe individual programmes of exercise. If you have a particular concern about the amount or type of physical activity that you should be undertaking you should seek advice from your GP or medical specialist who has personal knowledge of your condition.
