The Go for Gold 2012 Challenge is an exciting partnership between the BHF National Centre for Physical Activity and Health at Loughborough University (BHFNC) and the National Association for Providers of Activities for Older People (NAPA).
This partnership is designed to involve professionals and residents in the residential and care sector across the UK to take part in the legacy celebrations offered by the London Olympic Games and the World Congress on Active Ageing in Glasgow, in August 2012 and the 2014 Commonwealth Games also in Glasgow.
Each year, NAPA hosts an annual challenge award for its membership and in 2012, Go for Gold will form the cornerstone of NAPA’s annual challenge event and take place on Tuesday July 3 2012.
