Flames invited to be part of the Get Set + network

Flames: Lighting the way has been formally invited to join the Get Set + network as one of its official partner programmes. Flames will feature within the Healthy and Active Lifestyles theme as one of three programmes which have been selected for this prestigious opportunity.

Get Set is the official London 2012 education programme for schools and colleges across the UK. It is also the London 2012 reward and recognition scheme for the active community of schools and colleges across the UK that are demonstrating a commitment to living the Olympic and Paralympic Values. It also offers access to exciting prizes and opportunities through participation in competitions and partner programmes

Schools and colleges that participate in the Flames programme will be recognised by London 2012 with a plaque and certificate, and will be granted the right to use the London 2012 education logo on their website, school/college sign and letterhead.
