The BHFNC Helpline is an excellent and free service available to all professionals.
The BHFNC Helpline aims to answer all of your questions on physical activity and health. Whether you are looking for the latest obesity prevalence statistics or resources to encourage physical activity in the workplace, the Information Officers will endeavour to point you in the right direction.

The BHFNC helpline exists to help physical activity and health professionals. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions from members of the public. The BHF operate a Heart helpline which can provide members of the public with information that can help to support any medical advice already received from the GP or consultant. The Heart Helpline can be reached on 0300 330 3311.
